To Gene, thank you so much for doing such an excellent job guiding us through our final preparations for Stan’s service. You are second to none in helping families through these very difficult times. Your compassion and understanding help to make a very difficult situation more relaxed. We were so glad that you were the one to help us in this and it was all perfect!

We like the way Oliver’s pays attention to all the little details. We did not have to worry about anything. They just take care of things, right down to the canceling of personal cards (driver’s licence, credit cards, etc.). Gene is very professional at his work, but more than that is the way he comes alongside people with a genuine concern for where they are at.

What blew me away was when one of the pallbearers showed up with muddy shoes and your staff were so non-judgemental, commenting not to worry, took his shoes and cleaned them up for us. To me, this meant a lot, providing service above and beyond. All the details were organised and looked after for us, making things easy, as we wouldn’t have even known where to start. The day of the service was excellent and the staff showed friendliness and professionalism. We were truly impressed! Our entire experience with Oliver’s met and exceed all our expectations. We are so grateful to have had such a memorable service and experience. Your facility is beautiful and was perfect for our service.
