Generally, we felt cared for and that the staff would try to meet our requests whatever they were. Tracy’s genuine manner, calmness, sense of humour, and detailed explanations when we needed them were outstanding. Everyone we dealt with, reception, food delivery, and after care, was excellent. Our requests were respected and followed exactly as we asked and there was attention to detail. We appreciate that the flower holder on the niche was fixed as soon as we called. A staff member came to the cemetery while we were there.
