Having a loved one pass away suddenly, being in shock, and never having done this before, Oliver’s staff was there to answer any question, no matter the time of day. Always willing to help in any way they could, walked us through every step of planning a funeral that we were happy with. Tracy, Chris and Hannah were all willing to help no matter when I came in, how many times I called, or what silly questions I asked! Never felt rushed, always took the time for us. Rod made us feel at ease that the service would flow and allowed us to not worry and stress. We knew Rod had it under control. Chris was there to answer any tough questions or deal with things we didn’t know how too. He was never too far away and checked up on us to see if we need anything. He allowed us the opportunity to take the aches to the cemetery – we never thought we would want to! Absolutely everything was done to ensure our wishes for the service were carried out.
