Xiu Zhen Tan resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018, at Points West Hospice, at the age of 94 years.
She was born on September 18, 1923, in China.
A Memorial Service will be held in Vancouver, BC at a later date.
