Obituary For Tyler Robert Alexander Nobess

It is with great sadness that the family of Tyler Robert Alexander Nobess, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, announce his sudden passing, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at the young age of 39 years.

Tyler was born in Winnipeg, MB, on July 2, 1982, to his parents Lori Nault (nee Mann) and Randy Nobess, and sisters Melissa, and Leanne. Tyler was a loving, kind, and caring man, who took each day and lived it to the fullest. He was a mentor from the heart and saw every moment as either a learning or a teaching experience. Growing up Tyler loved playing sports, particularly baseball, riding his bike with his friends, playing Nintendo, listening to music, playing crib, and spending time with family. As an adult, Tyler enjoyed his free time sitting around a nice fire with friends, making memories, or a night at the poker table taking the money of his friends or donating.

At the age of 19, Tyler moved to Grande Prairie with his mom, step-dad, and sister. He began his work career at Superstore as a night supervisor, where he met his soulmate, Ami. After 2 years, he took an interest in welding and the oil field where he proceeded to get his class one and fell in love with driving truck. An unexpected medical condition forced Tyler to retire from his trucking career. It was then he took an interest in oilfield parts and delivery services. Tyler enjoyed being surrounded by the many mentors and colleagues who have become longtime friends throughout the years.

In 2007, Tyler and Ami began their family with a beautiful son Brayden, and later in 2010, another beautiful son Daylan. The love for his family was unconditional, and Tyler enjoyed spending every moment teaching his boys the lessons of life, shooting hoops, playing chess, BBQing, and playing with his dogs. Tyler was more than just a spouse, father, son, brother, and uncle, he was the rock of the family, the mediator, and always listened, offering his guidance over opinions and sometimes the occasional sarcastic remark to bring you a smile.

Tyler will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife Ami; sons Brayden and Daylan; mother Lori Nault; father in-law Richard Rennie; grandmother Louise Nobess; sisters Melissa Quilty (Mark), and Leanne Hemauer; nieces Khylla and Rorie; nephews: Caeden, Kayden, and Kyson; great-nieces: Matayah, Embrey, and Harlyn; dogs Oden and Nala: as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Tyler was predeceased by his father Randy Nobess; step-father Maurice Nault; grandfather Roderick Nobess; grandparents Joe and Brenda Mann; as well as dog Sadie.
