Theresa Blais passed away Monday, November 6, 2017, at the age of 86 years, in Sudbury, Ontario.

She was born on September 29, 1931, in Quebec.

Loving wife of predeceased Larry Elofson. Loving mother of Paulette (Dave), of Grande Prairie, AB; loving grandmother to Joseph “Joey”, Jerry (Sharon), and Misty (Ryan); loving great-grandmother to Austin, Jayda, Justice, Tomys, Macie and Colby, all of Grande Prairie, AB; sister to Faith (Vince) of Oshawa, ON, and Hope Lavallee of Sudbury, ON; and aunt to all nephews and nieces in Ontario and Grande Prairie, AB.

A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
