It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Stevens.

Shirley was predeceased by her mother, Margaret Benton; her sister, Rose Frain; and her son, Kelly Stevens.

She leaves behind a family who loved her dearly: her daughters, Selina (Dennis) Lupky and Shelley Stevens; her grandchildren, Cody Stevens, Becka (Liam) Wick, Brady (Eilee Repka) Lupky, and Randi (Dorian) Lewis; and her great-grandchildren, Oliver, Grifyn, Leighton, Sadeigh, and Cohen.

Shirley had a deep passion for gardening and took great pride in her work caring for the flowers at the local college, where she lovingly planted, watered, and maintained the beautiful grounds. At home, her garden was just as remarkable — a place where her grandchildren grew up picking fresh produce, lending helping hands, and creating treasured memories.

She was a talented painter who enjoyed creating serene landscape artwork inspired by Bob Ross, and she also expressed her creativity through crocheting. Shirley loved relaxing with movies and television, and her extensive DVD collection reflected her enjoyment of a good story and quiet evenings.

Above all, Shirley was devoted to her family. She carried a zest for life and a gentle, caring spirit that touched everyone around her, especially in her role as a caretaker, mother, grandmother, and friend.

The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff and community at Pioneer Lodge for their compassion and care, and for the many friendships Shirley formed there. We are also deeply grateful to her physicians, especially Dr. Leal, for their dedicated care and support.

She will be missed more than words can express. Rest easy, Shirley.
