Norma and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I had the opportunity to meet Bob through work. The many stories he shared of his family and his dog, were always filled with great pride, love and admiration! You were his life! Bob was a man that was always smiling and always had a very positive outlook on life, regardless of what he had been faced with. May the many wonderful memories see you through this very difficult time. Thoughts and prayers to your family!

I met Bob at the Esquimalt Sports Centre in 1961, when we proudly played on our pee wee pup hockey team the Wildcats !. During the 60s and 70s, we were teamates on several hockey and football teams winning the BC Championship with the Saanich Hornets in 1970. Later we served in Alberta with the RCMP, and as Investigators with the Province of Alberta. From a young age thru adulthood Bob was a positive influence with everyone, and a respected colleague known for his hard work and willingness to help others. Bob was intelligent, allways spoke his mind, and was never shy to tackle difficult issues with skill and tenacity combined with humour and optimism. Bob was respected and admired in both his professional and personal life. I will truly miss having Bob in my life.
