Obituary For Richard Eldon Styr

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Richard Styr, who peacefully joined our Creator on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the age of 69.

He was born on May 12, 1956, in Prince George, British Columbia and lived a life full of love, kindness and generosity. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend, who touched the lives of everyone around him.

Richard will be sadly missed by his wife, son and sister. He will forever be remembered.

Viewing will be held at St. Joseph’s Church (10404 102 St) on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 1:30 pm. Traditional Service will follow at 2:00 pm. Luncheon to follow the Service at Oliver’s Funeral Home (10005 107 Ave).

We invite all family and friends to join us to celebrate Richard’s life and legacy.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Peace be with you Priscilla and Eldon. We have fond memories of working with Richard and visiting with our families during the 90's. Richard always had a laugh no matter what the day would bring.
