Phyllis Kathan, longtime resident of Grande Prairie, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at the age of 89 years.

Phyllis is survived by four daughters: Bonnie (Les) Thompson of Dewberry, Dawn Pankiw of Grande Prairie, Judy (Norm) Wilson of Hythe, and Vicky (Scott) Skillman of Washington; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; siblings Lyle (Mary Ann) Lingrell and Joyce Kathan; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Vic Kathan in 1992.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 2:00pm at the Lake Saskatoon Hall.
