Obituary For Philip John Surgin

It is with sadness that the family of Philip John Surgin announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at the age of 48 years.

Philip will be lovingly remembered by his partner Lindsay, father Alan, Daughters Hailey and Alexis, son Doyle, sister Helena (Mark) MacDonald, brother Alan Jr. (Lori), as well as nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

He was predeceased by his mother Ellen and infant sister Alana.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Grande Prairie and Edmonton.

Hello All, Even though Phil and I hadnâ??t spoken in many years, I wanted to let you know that he will always have a special place in my heart for the gifts he did give me during our time together.
