She was predeceased by her husband Henry Moormann.

I had the honor of having Auntie Patty as my godmother for many years. She never missed a special occasion and made me feel special. Although we lived far apart, we wrote and I loved receiving her family updates. I was so saddened to learn of the news and felt I was so lucky to have her in my life. I know she would've stepped up to care for me if it had ever been needed and she was always on standby. There are no words to express my sorrow for you all. What an angel she was and may your memories keep her close within you. Love and prayers, Jackie Lewyk

We are so sorry to hear about Pat's passing. Pat and I were very good friends in Lamont High School and have kept in touch since then. I always looked forward to her letter at Christmas and wished we lived closer to each other so we could visit in person. May she rest in peace. Our deepest condolences to all the family.
