We offer families the opportunity to prepare and submit obituary notices written in their own words. We believe this allows each tribute to authentically reflect the life and legacy of the individual. To honour each tribute, obituaries are published as approved by the family.

Obituary For Kenneth "Ken" Clarence Driedger
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ken Driedger, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the age of 88.
Ken lived a full and meaningful life, marked by strength and a deep appreciation for the natural world. He travelled extensively and was an avid hiker for much of his life. He found his greatest joy on the trails—whether walking through forest paths, extreme mountain hiking, or simply taking in the beauty of the outdoors. Hiking was not just a pastime for him, but a way of life that brought him peace, perspective, and countless cherished memories. His other enjoyment was his involvement with classic cars. They travelled to many a car show all over the country.
He is lovingly remembered by his family, who will forever treasure the time spent with him, the stories he told, and the lessons he passed on.
Ken is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Lee; his children, Debbie (Frans), Darren (Jeanette), Craig (Lorraine), and Deanne (James); 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
At Ken’s request, there will be no formal service. The family will hold a gathering at a later date.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
