Our love goes out to you Aunt Alanna as Rob and I remember Kelly always with laughter and ready for the dance floor. For myself it was amazing getting to grow up watching the two of you find each other and build your lives. Love you

Very sorry Alanna for your loss of a soul mate and to Kelly's family. Kelly was always willing to help out beyond his job description at the Research Station where I knew first. He was great to visit with and a good perspective to share. I am just sorry I had not kept in better contact after I retired in 2002 . Don Nelson

So shocked and sad of hearing of Kelly's passing. I can see him vividly making a timely wise comment or a humorous wisecrack in a soon to be funny situation. He was special and inseparable from Alanna. I extend my sincere condolences to Alanna and the rest of the family.

What I most remember of Kelly is that he put a smile on my face every time we crossed paths, regardless of the circumstances in the time shared at the Beaverlodge Research Farm. I hope the memory of good times and shared smiles with Kelly makes this difficult time a bit easier for all.

Uncle Kelly was one in a million. Always smiling, always offered his care and love and joy to anyone in his midst. You could not feel sad or angry or bothered by anything when he was around. Just the sound of his voice lifted you out of your mundane worries and into something better. I did not have the opportunity to spend much time with Uncle Kelly, but the times I did have were very much worth remembering. His loss is deeply felt with much pain, and my heart breaks in two for my beautiful Aunt Alanna; who must carry on in these dark times, but I know she will find her path and will carry with her the love and many years of happiness and comfort that Uncle Kelly shared with her. Rest In Peace, Uncle Kelly. The love and light, and laughter you shared with everyone who touched you will endure.

Please know that in these tough times, you are in our thoughts and memories of Uncle will be firmly in our hearts. Much love to you with our deepest condolences for your loss.
