With great sadness, the family of Judith-Mae Gillies-Thomas, announce her passing on Monday, September 9, 2019, at Prairie Lake Hospice, at the age of 79 years. Judi was a resident of Grande Prairie, AB.

She is survived by her husband Orville Thomas; children Kelly (Bevan) Shervey, Yvonne (Frank) Piepers; grandchildren Norman (Harmony) Piepers, Dennis Piepers, and Krystal Piepers-Sydoruk; great-grandchildren: Katrina, Jayden, Nicholas, Piper, Axle, and Jaxon; sister Linda Halverson; special niece and buddy Jeanette “Bag 2”; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Judith-Mae was predeceased by her first husband David Gillies, and parents Charles and Joy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019, from 10:30-1:30pm, at Grande Prairie Royal Canadian Legion Branch #54 (9912 101 Ave., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 0X8).
