Obituary For Josephine "Joanne" Anne Gammel
Josephine "Joanne" Gammel, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the age of 75 years.
Joanne had a green thumb and loved spending time gardening and caring for her flowers. She enjoyed cooking, a good steak, and listening to Elvis Presley. She was known for her generous heart and was always willing to share what she had with others. She found joy in life's simple pleasures and will be fondly remembered by those who knew and loved her.
Joanne will be lovingly remembered by her son, William (Bill) Gammel (Teresa); her grandchildren, Graham Davis, Alex Gammel, Andrew Gammel, and Olivia Davis; as well as Loretta, Gordon (Trudy), and Debbie.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Etta, as well as three of her siblings.
As per Joanne's wishes, cremation has taken place.
