Frank is survived by his sisters Mary Carson, Gladys (Jerry) Anderson, Joann Meier and his brothers Robert (Barbara) and Norman Webb.
Franks parents, Frank and Ruth Webb were longtime residents of Hythe and Frank was predeceased by his son Frank Victor 1963, brother in-law Frank Carson 2008, brother Bird Webb 2011, brother in-law Al Fielding 1980, his sister Gertrude Fielding 1987, and brother Oliver Webb 2005.
The family would like to thank Dr. Crowe and the wonderful, caring staff at the Beaverlodge Hospital for their dedication and professionalism.

May you find comfort at this time. And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died. 1 Thessalonians 4:13â??14 Maxine, Kerry and Sean Rowe

Van Peteghen Leesa
My deepest condolences go to the family and friends of Frank. I used to play with Mary Lou and Vera, they would come to Grandma Van's house, we had sleepovers and some fun getting into trouble 😉 ... I remember your Dad well, and I always felt like family with you all. My heart aches for you and please know that my prayers and love are with you. Thankfully he is no longer in pain. May you pull your treasured memories, I know, times were hard back then, but he made you and for that I am grateful. If you want to reach me- I am on Facebook under Leesa M Van Peteghen. Much love in these trying times, and always. Leesa
