Gone too soon, but forever in our hearts.

My deepest condolences to the Crumly family. My Dad Ron is a very good friend of Ed. I've known him my whole life and know that he was a good man, and will always remember his sense of humour, and the great friendship with Dad. We are going to miss him.

I met Ed through my father, who was friends with him since they were kids. They both grew up in Torquay, stayed friends and in contact until the end. I got to know Ed and enjoyed his company, even worked with him at the Edson sawmill while it was being commissioned. I have visited Ed a few times when he lived in Salmon Arm and Sexsmith. I have witnessed some of the things when he went above and beyond for his family, as a father and grandfather. I enjoyed his company and proud to call him a friend. He will be greatly missed.
