Diane was such a lovely Lady, she so enjoyed sharing stories of daughters Tammy, Tracy and the Grand Children, first and foremost in her Life, the love for family especially sister Lorna. Diane and Louis moved often in and out of Alberta, sometimes way up north AB, therefore, we did not spend a lot of one on one time together in person but times shared were cherished, open house, open arms and lots of laughs. Diane had a special warming personality - always made you feel welcome and again, happy to share stories of her girls, siblings, relatives (Aunts & Uncles) and a few RBC clients she cherished! May she be at rest. Louis, our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. We will miss Diane. Take care until we meet again. Pierre & Marianne

So sad and sorry to hear that Diane has passed away. We first me Diane in Hay River in 1975 and have kept in touch all these years. We went with Diane and Louis on their honeymoon (it was our 25 wedding anniversary) to Las Vegas and Cabot San Lucas and had a great time. We visited them many times in Peace River. Also travelled together to the Okanagan where we both moved the same day. We will always remember the many laughs we had together. Diane's daughters Tammy and Tracy were friends with our girls Tracy and Tara , also. We will all sadly miss her smiles and good fun. All the best to Louis, Tammy and Tracy. Glen & Elly

I was a childhood friend of Diane's in our school years. We lived a few miles apart and I loved spending weekends at her house and especially loved the dairy farm. I remember when the girls were young and spent time with them in Hay River. I lost touch with her when we left Pine Point and often wondered where she ended up. Little did I know it was Clairmont and all my family lives in the Grande Prairie area. I was sad to learn of the loss of the girls dad awhile back and now their mother. My deepest sympathy to Tammy and Tracy and their families 💕

I am so sad to hear of Diane's passing. I always enjoyed her and did not see her much in many years. I enjoyed watching her guide her girls and am sorry I did not spend more time with her in later years. She raised two lovely girls and I am sure loved her family especially her grandchildren. To her family, just know I care. Much love ( used to be Auntie Carol).

My heart is so heavy with a grief that I can't explain. Diane was Lady Di, such a classy, caring and fun loving person. I'm Louis's younger sister Simonne. I remember half our family driving straight up to Hay River for Louis and Diane's wedding. She welcomed us with open arms and we all loved her immediately, not that I ever want to repeat that car ride. They lived remotely but when they made it to family functions she was so happy. She sure did love their trips to Jamaica. It must have been the hot weather. We chatted often and I will miss her dearly. Hugs to Louis, Tammy and Tracy's family.

I grew up in Hay River and Tracy is one of my closest and dearest friends. I have lived up in the Yukon for over 30 years so it has been a very long time since I saw Tracy's mom Diane. I have many fond memories of our families hanging out together when we were young. The last time my husband Owen and I drove through Grande Prairie Tracy, Tammy and my sister Rhonda and I and our families met up for dinner and laughed about all the silly things we did together. I remember Diane to be a warm, caring, hardworking and fun women that I looked up to. I send my condolences to Tracy and Tammy and their families and close friends.
