Obituary For Debbie Ann Tupper (nee Heilman)
Debbie was the last child born to Joseph and Ann Heilman on April 26, 1955, in Wilke, SK.
She is survived by her loving husband Bill Miller, his family, and their friends. A sister, Marlene Palahicki; two brothers, Dale (Audrey) Heilman and Wayne (Judy) Heilman; sister-in-law Kathy Heilman of Wilkie, SK; nine nieces and two nephews. Her two children: son Trevor Tupper of Lloydminster, AB, and her daughter Tawni (Kyle) Kump of Marshall, SK; and grandchildren Mya Tupper and Evan Kump.
She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Alvin (Cheryl) Heilman and Donald (Kathy) Heilman; and brother-in-law Orest (Marlene) Palahicki.
In Our Hearts
