Obituary For Benji Wanihandi
Leslie Benjamin Wanihandi, Dearly beloved son of Eva L. Chatelain and Benjamin Leslie Ellis, passed away in Hythe, Alberta early morning Tuesday July 7, 2015 at the age of 26.
Ben will be greatly missed by the family: Caren Kiyawasew and Family, Sister: Lovett, bros and nieces: Matthew, Lil Matt, Markus, Maverick, Marshall, as well as his Godparents: Wilfred and Linda Wanihandi; Numerous cousins: Dave, Nelson, Bernadette, Sue Ryan, Wanihandi, and McCullough families; nieces, nephews, extended family Kathy and Merv Kent, many friends, friends from wherever he had worked in the past 10 years.
Predeacesed by Paternal Grandparents: Wayne Ellis and Jean Minich of Manning, Alberta; Maternal Grandparents: Chief Alfred Chatelain and Mary Jane Wanihandi; six uncles, and six aunties.
Visitations and Prayers will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Oliver’s Funeral Home, 10005 107 Ave. Grande Prairie, Alberta. Funeral Service will be held at Oliver’s Funeral Home on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 1:00pm
