We offer families the opportunity to prepare and submit obituary notices written in their own words. We believe this allows each tribute to authentically reflect the life and legacy of the individual. To honour each tribute, obituaries are published as approved by the family.

It is with the heaviest hearts that the family of Allison Jean Otterholm announces her peaceful passing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the age of 38, following an unexpected illness.

Allison will be sadly missed by her brother, Paul (Tracee); her grandpa, Doug Roberts; and her loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

She was predeceased by her mother, Debbie, and her father, Clifford.

Allison’s presence and infectious smile touched many people. She will be remembered for her love of dogs, cats, coffee, hugs, and one-of-a-kind paintings.

Condolences

As a city of Grande Prairie bus driver, I will miss her dearly. She always asked me " what's new?" with a fist bump. Always stopped to say hello even if she wasn't taking my bus route. Praying for the loved ones for the days ahead. Thanking the Lord for such a wonderful little friend that made my shift brighter.
