We offer families the opportunity to prepare and submit obituary notices written in their own words. We believe this allows each tribute to authentically reflect the life and legacy of the individual. To honour each tribute, obituaries are published as approved by the family.

Dear Irma and family , I met Al when I worked for a courier company in GP .he was working for Rainbow Trucking, where I shared a space with them. If I ever needed help with something Al was always ready to lend a hand ,and of course along with some teasing. He was such a kind, respectful person that never failed to bring joy to others. I know he will bedeeply missed,my love to all of you. Levola Sedore

A truly amazing and positive man. He would always give a a handshake and a smile on Sunday mornings. Devoted, and a huge heart for his grandkids (ankle biters) I send prayers to all of Al's family and loved ones 🙏 May they feel God's peace and joy, just like this man of God understood.

I worked with Al for many years, and there wasn't a day during those years when he didn't come to the office with a smile on his face, a story to tell, laughs to be had, and off he went to the next task at hand. He never hesitated to share his faith, tell of his love for God, and be a witness to others through his willingness to take on his tasks with good cheer, a smile, and an encouraging word. He was a great provider to his family and would do whatever was in his capability to take care of their needs, and look after them to the best of his ability. He doted on them, and his greatest desire was to see that they had Christ in their hearts and their lives were on the right path, so that one day they would all be reunited in Heaven. He was a faithful servant to our Lord, and he is, no doubt, basking in His glory. Well done, loyal and faithful servant. Diana Krahn

I'm sad to see this news. I used to see Al everyday when I worked at Windsor Ford, he was always so friendly & funny. He told me so many stories of his children & grandchildren and how much they meant to him. The world lost a good man. My condolences to his family. Shawna Hudson
