What blew me away was when one of the pallbearers showed up with muddy shoes and your staff were so non-judgemental, commenting not to worry, took his shoes and cleaned them up for us. To me, this meant a lot, providing service above and beyond. All the details were organised and looked after for us, making things easy, as we wouldn’t have even known where to start. The day of the service was excellent and the staff showed friendliness and professionalism. We were truly impressed! Our entire experience with Oliver’s met and exceed all our expectations. We are so grateful to have had such a memorable service and experience. Your facility is beautiful and was perfect for our service.
